Graphic Design:
During my time at the Columbia Missourian while at Mizzou I was put in charge of the graphics desk for a semester. This meant I had creative control of what graphics to make for the stories that were going to be published. Below are just a few of the graphics I made during this time.
A Mother Holds onto Hope:
While in college, I was tasked with going through 30 photos from a previous photo story that was published sometime in 2010. It was my job to select 6-8 photos, then design the story from scratch. This was the end result. This was a great experience because it pushed my creative thinking to places I hadn't gone before. It was a challenge because the subject matter was so intense and emotional.
